Naturally caffeine free, it is a popular alternative to black tea, perfect any time of day. Beautiful served on its own, or with milk, this full bodied tea offers an exceptionally smooth, sweet, and slightly nutty flavour.

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3 –4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Add milk and sweetener if desired.
